- ➤ Fantasy of Lights in Franke Park is partnering with the zoo this season to offer a drive-through light show where visitors can stop and walk among the lights — Just Bicycle Night is held today, the main show opens on November 17, and Wild Lights starts on November 28. - ➤ An Adams County rescue has raised concerns over a proposed commercial kennel that the Schwartz applicants plan to build only 300 feet from seven homes, housing 15 female and five male dogs. The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 6 p.m. on November 20th—followed by a commissioner’s public hearing at 7 p.m.—with rescue director Katie Wilson warning that altering current breeding regulations could reduce needed oversight.
