GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Workers put the last steel beam in place on Friday at the new Allen County Jail site — finishing the building's outer shell — and they will complete the roof in about two weeks. The $300 million project is about 40% done and will finish in December with operations beginning in early 2028, county officials said. The Journal Gazette
