- ➤ City officials reopened the upgraded Parnell Avenue Bridge on Thursday after months of work that replaced its deck, repaired arches, and added ADA curb ramps—The $2.68 million project was celebrated with a ribbon cutting attended by residents, local business owners, and Public Works representatives.
