- ➤ Fort Wayne’s Google data center filed an application on September 15 to add more diesel generators and fuel, a move that would nearly quintuple its backup capacity. - ➤ Today, Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation announced that low river levels have led the Sweet Breeze Canal Boat to change its loading dock to Headwaters Park West Dock—riders should use the drop-off and pick-up area at Calhoun Street Circle Drive. 21Alive
- ➤ Gov. Braun said he may call a special session for redistricting because lawmakers risk facing consequences if they do not act soon — he warned that a delay in the process could have important impacts. He made his remarks on September 16th and further steps are expected to be discussed in upcoming sessions. 21Alive
- ➤ Allen County has lost interest earnings because the Indiana Department of Correction has run out of funds to reimburse county jails that house low-level felons and state prisoners. Commissioners said that although jail operations remain unaffected, several months of missing payments have reduced interest income—adding up significantly. WFFT-TV
