- ➤ Fort Wayne police arrested 31-year-old Kierra Chapman on Friday for a hit-and-run that killed 17-year-old Samayah Barker in 2021 at South Lafayette Street and McKinnie Avenue+ she faces charges for leaving the scene of an accident causing death and leaving the scene of an accident causing bodily injury and is held at Allen County Jail.
