- ➤ Southwest Allen County Schools accepted a $15,000 grant Tuesday for its teacher residency program—designed to bring back a local Ball State student to work with a Covington Elementary teacher. - ➤ The Allen County Public Library Foundation received a $10,000 grant from the Dr. Louis and Anne B. Schneider Foundation to support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library for nearly 26,000 eligible children.
