- ➤ Officials and residents broke ground on renovations for Arbors of Southtowne Square in southeast Fort Wayne on Wednesday. Mike Braun announced on June 23 that all 15 public colleges and universities will freeze in-state tuition and fees for two academic years to keep costs the same through the 2026 to 2027 academic year.
