- ➤ The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating Larry Ray Keith, a fugitive aged 51 and registered sex offender who fled after a warrant was issued June 20 for failing to register and is described as 6 ft 3 in tall, about 213 pounds, with hazel eyes and a gray goatee—he may be near Fort Wayne. - ➤ The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Larry Keith—a 51-year-old white male with hazel eyes, a gray goatee, and tattoos on his forearms and upper back—who allegedly left the county after failing to register as a sex offender and is now believed to be in Fort Wayne. US 93.3
