- ➤ The Northern Indiana Public Service Company reached an agreement with the United Steelworkers to end a month-long lockout that affected over 1,600 workers & clerical employees will return to work Tuesday as operations resume fully. WOWO

- ➤ At Northcrest Elementary, students received bike repairs and new bikes from Pedals-of-Hope during a weekend fix-up event to gear up for National Bike to School Day. - ➤ The district announced that the 20% savings from the new Snider stadium budget are funding facility upgrades at North Side High—adding amenities on both visitor and home sides.
