- ➤ A 26-year-old Fort Wayne man, identified as Lantz Garrett, barricaded himself in a home near the Clyde Theatre at 6 a.m. Sunday and threatened to shoot police with explosives—officers tried negotiating for hours but when he refused, they used chemical irritants to force him out—and he was taken into custody at Allen County Jail where he now faces charges for burglary and drug possession. 21Alive
