  • Mayor Sharon Tucker announced the City will host a family-friendly 4th of July Parade on Saturday, July 4 at 10:00 a.m. along South Calhoun Street (from Creighton Ave to Main St) to honor the nation's 250th anniversary.  Around Fort Wayne
  • Mayor Sharon Tucker announced that Fort Wayne will host a special Fourth of July parade on Saturday, July 4 at 10:00 a.m., traveling along South Calhoun Street from Creighton Avenue to Main Street; the celebration marks America's 250th anniversary and is supported by Steel Dynamics, Fort Wayne Metals, and Surack Enterprises.  WOWO
  • A local coalition is hosting a free event on Tuesday, May 19 at Ivy Tech Community College Coliseum campus starting at 6 p.m. where attorney Heidi Fowler will explain Indiana’s expungement laws to help residents clear past records and improve access to jobs, housing and education.  WOWO

  • Indiana State Police and DEA will host a Prescription Drug Take Back event next week. It runs Friday, April 24 at Lafayette and Putnamville posts and Saturday, April 25 at nearly all ISP locations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., accepting expired medications and vape cartridges (needles not accepted).  21Alive

  • Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker joined representatives on Thursday to mark the start of construction on The Landing Exchange (at 555 S.
