- ➤ Indiana lawmakers rewrote several bills on healthcare, road funding, and public sector benefits on Thursday as session deadlines loomed. The amendments include a hospital price freeze for major nonprofit systems pending a study, temporary removal of the 13th check for retirees, and new road funding proposals with revised wheel tax rules (additional changes were made on homelessness and scholarship criteria).
