- ➤ Mike Ackels donated the old East Side Automotive Service Center on East Washington Boulevard to Clothes for Joes, which will be renovated into a veterans service center offering showers, a barber’s room, free clothing plus internet services. - ➤ Indiana Michigan Power is asking state regulators to approve its purchase of the planned Sycamore Riverside Energy Center, a 918 MW natural gas facility to be built in Sullivan County.
