- ➤ Jurors on Thursday found a 37-year-old Fort Wayne woman guilty of murdering her boyfriend during a 2023 stabbing in southeast Fort Wayne—she faces 45 to 65 years in prison and will be sentenced on May 23 at 8:30 a.m. The Journal Gazette

- ➤ Fort Wayne Community Schools held its 9th annual English Language Learners Family Night at Study Elementary on Thursday evening, offering language support and celebrating community diversity with cultural displays, traditional food, and performances. School officials noted the event drew a nearly full parking lot—much higher than the 20 attendees nine years ago—and said they will hold a 10th annual event next year. 21Alive
