- ➤ Mystic Arcade has taken over the old Pier 1 Imports building on Coldwater Road near Glenbrook Square mall and has been open for three weeks. The arcade features VR attractions, racing games, and other games with play cards starting at $10. 21Alive

- ➤ The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission approved $3.27 million to transform the 101-year-old Scottish Rite performing arts center at 431 W. Berry St into a modern 1,700-seat theater. The project—revitalizing local culture—is set to open in 2028, with City Council discussing tax abatement today at 5:30 p.m. The Journal Gazette

- ➤ Fort Wayne Community Schools invites families to register their children for Passport to Pre-K on Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at a local school (for children turning 4 by Aug. 1). Families who miss the event may register online. The Journal Gazette
- ➤ The Fort Wayne Community Schools board questioned spending requests on Monday but approved $4.3M for purchases including middle school furniture, technology services, and a video board for the Helen P. - ➤ The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold an investigative hearing later this month to review rising electric costs, as utility companies will present proposals on bill transparency — the hearing follows Gov.
