  • Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory hosts a Slightly Used Orchid Sale this weekend. Orchids from the Sweetheart Orchid display will be sold for half price (Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 4 p.m.) at the gift shop to support next year's exhibit.  21Alive
  • Disney On Ice is coming to Fort Wayne this weekend at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on Saturday and Sunday (10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.) It features Frozen and Encanto shows with live ice skating, aerial acts and sing-alongs for families.  21Alive

  • The State Board of Education finalized a new A-F school accountability system that uses individual student scores with a transition year in 2025-26 before accountability counts begin in 2026-27. State officials paused the federal waiver process and will resume it soon.  WFFT-TV
  • The Fort Wayne Medical Society Alliance hosted Doctor's Day on Saturday at Science Central, offering a free health career fair where visitors engaged in interactive exhibits and learned about health career opportunities (hands-on education was on display).  The Journal Gazette
