- ➤ Indiana Michigan Power announced it will ask state regulators to reduce base rates as part of its Customer Benefits Plan to lower customer bills and protect against future increases — the company will detail the plan in a summer filing with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission amid data center growth. - ➤ The Indiana Senate narrowly approved House Bill 1038, authorizing a new casino in the Fort Wayne area for (Allen, DeKalb and Steuben) counties with a required $500 million investment. The House must pass a final version by week's end. WFFT-TV
