- ➤ United Way of Allen County has restarted its free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program for Fort Wayne residents with incomes under $69,000. IRS-certified volunteers will help file taxes and answer questions at drop-off sites in DeKalb, Noble, and Steuben counties through April 8. WOWO
