  • ICAN hosts its annual Puppy Love Valentine fundraiser with gift boxes costing $50 to $65 (available for pickup, shipping, or dog delivery until Feb. 8) and service dogs delivering on Feb. 13 within a 30-mile radius. Proceeds support dog training for people with disabilities.  WOWO
